Welcome to my website. Let me introduce myself and tell you about my background.   My name is Trev Gore. I am an experienced business analyst, financial advisor, growth & sales consultant. I specialize in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) of middle-market, privately owned companies.

About me:


I am a 24 year Las Vegas resident, a businessman, and a proud father of five wonderful children.  I am a San Diego State Alumnus whose career started in Las Vegas as an investment advisor with a Wall Street firm back in the 1980s. Through the years, I have been engaged in many business ventures. I have personally started or purchased and sold several of my own companies and have gained valuable insight from every transaction. For the past 8 years I have been the Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director for two international Investment Banking firms.  I have helped hundreds of business owners across North America determine and build value and strategically position them for a successful sale.  Through my experience I have gained knowledge and understanding of the many complex issues that are involved in exit planning and a business transfer. I leverage this knowledge to benefit my clients and win favorable deal terms during negotiations. If you are considering selling a business I can help you.
